Welcome to Banana Peels Diapers, my labor of love!

 

I am an architectural drafter by day but diapers are my true passion. I love to see parents get excited about making the switch to cloth. Cloth diapers have come so far. They are environmentally friendly, easy to use, and oh so cool!

 

It all started when my first child, Liana, was born. I was turned off by disposable diapers and the amount of waste they produced but I honestly thought I had no other option. I mean all the chemicals and plastic next to my sweet baby's skin, no way! After doing a lot of research I decided to give cloth diapering a try. My first purchase was a single Fuzzi Bunz. After I tried it I immediately bought a dozen more. I was thrilled to see how much I was saving! Our garbage can was no longer overflowing with disposable diapers. I was relieved to no longer be contributing to the 6500 disposable diapers each child adds to landfills in their lifetime. That is where my obsession with cloth diapering began. Since then I have been on a mission to spread the word and increase the popularity of cloth diapers. That is why I decided to open Banana Peels Diapers.

I am proud to say that our newest addition has been in cloth since birth, no disposable has touched his bum. Jackson is now 16 months old and is my product guinea pig. I love trying different brands and styles of cloth diapers on him. All products that I offer have been both baby and mama approved!
