Return Policy
We will gladly accept return of unwashed/ unused diapers within 30 days. Please note:

If free shipping was received and the returned items bring your order below the free shipping minimum, actual shipping charges for the original order will be subtracted from your refund or store credit.

If you would like a refund to your credit card or paypal account, a 10% re-stocking fee will be assessed. No restocking fee is assessed if store credit is chosen.

Used diapers can be returned as long as they have been washed according to manufacturers instructions less shipping and a 40% restocking fee. No returns of any kind after 30 days

Exchanges: We are no longer able to do exchanges due to constant inventory fluctuations. Please choose to receive a store credit for your returned items. You may then place an order for the items you desire. This process will ensure you recieve your items in a timely manner
